• Indoor balloon displays typically last 3–5 days (latex) and up to several weeks (mylar), depending on environment.

• Outdoor exposure may reduce lifespan due to heat, sunlight, or wind.

• We recommend keeping balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight or sharp objects for best results.

• Customization- Every design is custom-tailored to match your color palette, theme, and event style. From minimal neutrals to bold seasonal tones, our balloons are styled to complement both modern and traditional décor aesthetics.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all balloon sales are final once they have been purchased or delivered. Latex balloons are perishable and sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and handling — therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the order has left our care.

At Tanya Christina Design, we strive to ensure that every order arrives beautifully presented and on time. Each balloon arrangement is handled with the utmost care to preserve quality and design integrity from our studio to your door.

Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery throughout Lubbock County, Texas. Deliveries outside Lubbock County may be available upon request and will include an additional mileage-based fee.

Delivery Fee

A flat $10 delivery fee applies to all balloon orders delivered within Lubbock County. This fee covers secure transportation and careful handling to ensure your balloons arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

• Deliveries are typically scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, MONDAY- SATURDAY

• Specific delivery windows can be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

• We recommend that someone be present at the delivery location to receive the order, as balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, and direct sunlight.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or no one available to receive the order, a redelivery fee may apply.

Care After Delivery

Once delivered, Tanya Christina Design is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, temperature changes, or improper handling. We recommend displaying balloons indoors and away from heat sources for maximum longevity.
